UBC – Ultimate Body Sculpting Challenge

10 week program to get your body ready for summer. Body sculpting challenge consists of a supervised cardio training, resistance training, some martial art trainig and nutrition. Numbers are limited so please contact Mark Stewart for details on the next Challenge start date.

Fighting Fit Class

This class is the ultimate fitness kickboxing workout consisting of cardio, resistance and kickbag training. A great workout for weight loss, muscle toning and general fitness. Suitable for all fitness levels.

A challenging class working with adjustable weight loaded bars that will work all the major muscle groups. Suitable for all levels.
