All classes are designed to be both fun and easy to follow and are a must in everyone’s fitness regime for weight reduction, muscle toning, and overall health and fitness.

BoxFit

For all fitness and age levels, boxing fitness class.

Boot Camp

Multi week program to supercharge  your body. The Boot Camp challenge consists of a supervised cardio training, resistance training, some martial art training and nutrition. Numbers are limited so please contact Mark Stewart for details on the next Challenge start date.

Fighting Fit Class

This class is the ultimate fitness kickboxing workout consisting of cardio, resistance and kickbag training. A great workout for weight loss, muscle toning and general fitness. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Pump

A challenging class working with adjustable weight loaded bars that will work all the major muscle groups. Suitable for all levels.

Tai Chi Chuan

Balance, coordination, no impact fitness

Fees

  • $25 per week for all FFA classes (excluding Krav Maga and Yoga) to be set up as an automatic payment for a minimum period of 1 year
  • $12 per class (casual) must be paid on the day prior to class starting
  • $90 for a 10 class concession card
