About Our Classes

A freestyle Kickboxing class incorporating techniques from both Muay Thai (Thailand) and Western kickboxing (America).

This is the ultimate fitness training.

We use circuit fitness, bag training, pad and focus mitt drills, as well as sparring and grappling for those wanting to compete or erely use kickboxing as a means to self-defence and fitness.

Learn in a relaxed, casual atmosphere or train to the elite standards of a world champion competitor.

College Kickboxing 11-16 years

College Kickboxing has been designed to teach more than just how to kick and punch. We have a fully structured system to teach youth, step by step, the art of kickboxing.

This is done while instilling valuable life lessons, such as goal setting, discipline, confidence and increasing their fitness while learning self defence techniques in a fun and safe environment.
