Beach Training 2015

Beach Training – Sunday 29 March, Wenderholm Beach, 5 minutes north of Waiwera. Start time 9.30am – 12, followed by a family BBQ or picnic. This is a once a year event for all Members and Karate Students from Ninjas to adults, we even encourage the family to get involved for a fun morning of training on the beach.

Please bring:

• Training Cloths (gi for Karate)
• Training shoes
• Change of Cloths (you will get wet)
• Sunscreen, hat sunglasses
• Cameras
• Meat or salad for a shared lunch.

We need volunteers to arrange and cook the BBQ please.
