We train together as a family

We have been a part of the Fighting Fit Academy for over 11 years. We train together as a family and share a love for martial arts. My kids have benefited not only from the fitness but also from the confidence and maturity they get from Karate and Kickboxing. The discipline instills a good work ethic and pride in themselves and what they can achieve both in the Dojo and in all aspects of their lives.

Shihan Mark Stewart provides a positive environment for all ages and abilities. The Fighting Fit Academy is a home away from home for us, my kids have been going there for as long as they can remember and the friendships we have made will last a lifetime.
