10 Hour Challenge
Come on, give the 10 hour challenge a GO!!! Open to all people, young and old, all skill levels. All classes go for 45 minutes. Each class is just $10 or $100 for the whole day. Wednesday 18th May the Sabaki Do Karate club at FFA had Chris Gower, 5th dan Kyokushin instructor, put us through our paces. Starting with a rigorous warm up and going through several techniques for tournament fighting and self defense. A thoroughly enjoyable and informative evening!
